• We designed and use the THREAD SLED EASY MOUNT ™ 8”,10”, 12” and 16” products in our own. custom seating and mobility manufacturing business. After mounting your modified headrest clamp of choice to our TSEM you merely have to insert your headrest’s vertical post and adjust the headrest’s horizontal position and tighten with our convenient hand wheels. 

• Saves your client and funding agencies lots of money because they don’t need to replace their existing seating products as often. Because now you have the option to add a headrest, shoulder straps and lateral supports where you need them. Vendors will appreciate not being asked to drill additional holes for the customers trial a new headrest. They can be installed on any new build in your custom seating shop. If it’s not a new build we’ve got you covered here at SEATS Inc. The TSEM’s been designed to be retrofitted to most pre-existing custom seating systems and commercial products. The TSEM’s have been designed to be riveted, screwed or bolted onto your seating interfaces.

• Our TSEM is designed to be very user friendly. All that’s required is you have access in your work shop to a drill and some basic hand tools. We supply all of your hardware for easy installation.

• • 1) Our TSEM’s are also designed to be installed onto commercial backs.
    2) The TSEM’s were designed to take the guess work out of trialing some different headrests, on a commercial or custom fabricated back.
    3) A series of ¼-20 tapped holes are provided for belt loop installations where you need them, not where you have to put them because theirs’s no available holes?
    4) You can also accessorize your TSEM with a pair of SEATS’ storage hooks.
    5) Can be installed onto a pre-existing OBSS styled back cushion, if you need to add a headrest or some additional lateral support for your client as their condition changes.
    6) Mounting height and horizontal hip/thigh supports for addressing adduction.
    7) Seat rail extensions for power chairs.
    8) Extending the power chair’s seat rail and adding some additional knee support to control adduction.
    9) For centre mounted footplates on power chairs, it’s especially useful to add some additional knee support, by extending the seat rail.
