• SEATS PORTABLE BOTTLE JACK BENDER™ was originally designed for bending our seats support brackets, in our custom seating and mobility facility. It’s a heavy beast so we decided to re-manufacture it from lightweight aircraft aluminum, to make it a mobile tool for those clients who cannot come to you. Each Portable Bottle Jack Bender comes with:

  • 1 x 12 Ton Bottle Jack
  • 1 x Steel 1.25 Diameter Steel Ram
  • 1 x Assembly Hardware
  • 2 x Hardened Pins 5/8 “ by 3.5”
  • 6 x Aluminum Spacers ¾” O.D by 5/8” ID
  

• The technician can bend a wide range of bends from -120deg for clients with extremely tight hamstrings. Primarily we bend 22.5. 45, 70, 80 and 90 degree supports for clients with a wide range of needs. You can bend these popular angles and anything in between. Utilizing our strong seats support brackets. Manufacturing custom offset angled lateral, hip, thigh, and knee supports is a breeze with our bender.

• SEATS Inc will ship you, your very own PORTABLE BOTTLE JACK BENDER™ unassembled, and without the 12ton bottle jack required. This saves significant shipping costs for our customers. We recommend that our customers order their bottle jack from Amazon. We can provide you with a list of the models, that you should be buying.
